qualified team of teachers will create an hour long, fun-filled, cooking class
for students of all
ages to
enjoy. We bring all the necessary materials, ingredients, pre-printed recipes,
table covers
and
added surprises for a memorable experience. Recipes are peanut and tree nut

Hip
Hop Dance – TUESDAYS – 2:40 – 3:40

“Bust a Move!”
Learn popular hip hop dance moves exploring tempo, rhythm, and
improvisation. Class includes a performance for friends and family on the last
day (May
23). Kids learn from professional dance choreographer and former Golden
State Warriors cheerleader, Shonna Chiles. Free t-shirt included.

Mad Science: Light, Sight & Sound - WEDNESDAYS – 1:40 - 2:40 pm

Mad Science doesn’t get much better than this
series of six classes! Experience what makes white light and see beautiful
rainbows in Lights, Color...Action! Discover some amazing sound effects and
learn about sound in Sonic Sounds! Harness some energy as you learn all about
heat, and then use your own body heat to make things disappear! You’ll be
shocked by what you learn about static electricity in Watts-Up! Test to see if
you have a magnetic personality in Magnetic Magic! Finally, you’ll see it, but
you might not believe it, in Optical Illusions! (min. 10 students, max. 20)
Academic
Chess – THURSDAYS – 2:40 - 3:40

Pick up strategies
and tactics for critical thinking, as kids learn the basics or build on their
chess skills. Logic puzzles help students learn the rules of chess and how to
become a chess master! Students of all levels are welcome – beginners,
intermediate and advanced.

Ukulele Instrument Class
– FRIDAYS – 2:40 – 3:40 pm
April 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26 (this session is 5 classes)
$65/per student (Bring Your Own Ukulele)
OR $102/ per student (Includes Ukulele
Purchase)
Welcome to this fun musical instrument class!
Students will learn to play the ukulele and contemporary songs. We will
introduce proper technique and beginning songs. The class will present a
performance on the last day of the program (May
26th). Please note that the $65 price is for beginning students that will
bring their OWN Ukulele from home, OR for returning students bringing
their ukulele from the Winter class. The $102 price INCLUDES the purchase of a
ukulele to use in class and keep thereafter. (min. 10 students, max. 20)
